Leadership & Executive Acceleration Program (LEAP™) empowers Irish and Irish-American women to accelerate their careers by providing access to professional insights, role models and potential mentors.

The LEAP program also impacts the Irish-American nonprofit communities. LEAP in the Community is designed to promote team work and unleash participants skills to solve a business challenge in two non-profit organizations.

Our overall mission is to help women advance in the workplace and strengthen the roles women can play in each other’s success.

Applications are open and the deadline to apply is December 7th, 2020
The program will run from mid-January through June, 2021 and there is no cost to participate.

Eligibility

Participants are accomplished female professionals, in early to mid-career, interested in being part of the development of the next generation of women business leaders
Must be Irish or Irish-American (Irish Ancestry)
Living in the USA
Ability to commit 2-4 hours weekly between mid-January and June 2021. The LEAP in the Community project may entail some weekend work.

The Three Pillars of LEAP™

Networking & Peer Mentoring: Connecting and engaging with LEAP participants & previous LEAP alumni in small group sessions to foster strong relationships and personal growth through peer mentoring.
Professional Development: Formal training through a combination of on-site expert talks and curated multi-media on a variety of topics
Project Assignment: LEAP™ in the Community promotes teamwork and the importance of corporate social responsibility.
