What are your main priorities and goals in your role?

Define and deliver strategy, build the UK team and grow customer base.

What are your biggest challenges?

Recruitment has always been a challenge in our industry in the UK. Finding good people who are aligned with our values and company culture is difficult.

How do you keep your team/staff motivated?

Deliver our commitments to on Development, opportunities, working on interesting projects with leading technology and an ambitious but friendly place to work in.

What are the challenges facing your industry going forward?

Availability of skilled resources, openness of stablished mobile operators to work with channel partners to foster an ecosystem of solutions that benefit all and facilitate innovation.

What new trends are emerging in your industry?

Connectivity is the essential enabler for the digital transformation of businesses and increased productivity. Increased spectrum and emergence of new private and public wireless technologies such as 5G will enable wireless connectivity solutions to meet individual business needs and sector requirements.

How will Brexit affect you, or have you started to feel the effects already?

Brexit could potentially make the recruitment problem worse.

How do you define success and what drives you to succeed?

Success for me is about balanced wellbeing and the ability to spend one’s time on what interests, matters, drives and rewards them most. Helping family, friends, colleagues and anyone really to achieve this is what drives me.

What’s the best advice you’ve been given, or would give, in business?

I’ve been given a lot of good advice, but in summary I would say play to your strengths and link those to areas you are passionate about and that give value to people.

What have been your highlights in business over the past year?

We doubled our revenues last year and that was exciting to experience and achieve however, our  recent announcement that we are building what could be potentially the first virtualized multi-operator mobile network platform for indoor coverage in Europe has been a definite highlight and will helpfully have a lot more to say on that throughout the year.

What opportunities or plans for growth do you see in 2020?

I really feel we are at a very exiting time with many trends coming together and technologies emerging that will transform many businesses. We have the capabilities to deliver this change and a very ambitious and skilled team to pull it off, so we’ve set ourselves some very ambitious targets as a result. Maintaining the rate of growth to start with for sure.

Where do you want your business/brand to be this time next year?

To have transformed form a specialist key partner of the mobile network operators to a well known provide of connectivity solutions across multiple industries.
